| YAMAOTO PADDY HUSKER was newly developed for all type of paddy in the world. This husker can not only help reduce the number of broken rice generated during the husking process, which is on of the ost iportant issues for rice millers, but also extends the life of any rubber roll when it is used on this machine. Furtherore, compared with conventional huskers, our husder has significanly larger processing capacity. So shether you are replacing, expanding, or building a new mill, it takes fewer machines to complete it. As for maintenance, such as exchanging rubber rolls, our single bolt tightening system eliinates the time consuming changing process and offers a quick exchange system, saving you a lot of time. In addition, cleaning out the residual rice becomes easier since we have placed a door below the aspirator that opens out for easy access for cleaning. This achine is surely designed for the benefit and convenience of the custoers. |

| 1. Less Brokens: Inclined rubber roll disposition and vertical paddy feeding system, the technologies we have developed at Yamaoto, offer reduction in broken rice generated during the husking process. Compared with conventional huskers there is a remarkable reduction of brokens, which help to obtain higher head rice yield. 2. Longer Rubber Roll Life: Yamamoto's unique husking system and copressed air rubber roll cooling system make the rubber roll life longer than when the same type of roll is used on conventional huskers. According to our testing conduceted at our plant, the roll life extended more than 30%. With this kind of iproveent, we will be able to help you cut down your running cost. 3. Higher Processing Capacity: Yamamoto paddy husker is equipped with the largest aspirator avaliable, which has the highest capacity in 10 inch-rubber roll husk/aspirator class. Also by placing a distribution screw in the aspirator, husked paddy is spread out evenly and thus a better separation efficiency is achieved. As a result, we were able to enhance the husking perforance and, while maintaining excellent separation efficiency, process at higher capacity. 4. Quick Rubber Roll Exchange: By simply loosening a bolt on rubber roll stopper, you can change the roll easily and quickly. 5. Two-Outlet System: Yamamoto offers two-outlet wywtem, for brown rice and husk, to accommodate the installation requirements of many rice mill plants. However, as an option, an outlet for immature grain can also be installed if necessary. |  |
